Most of you listening to this will be under the illusion that you are living your life when the truth is that you are actually dreaming your life. I understand why this may be confusing brothers, but give me a chance to explain it to you in full and it will all become clear.

There are two parts to the Dream of Life; the first is the setup and the second is the awakening. What you experience as reality is actually all in your head, but just like lucid dreamers can become conscious in their dreams, you can become conscious in the greater Dream of Life and therefore create the life you truly want. In other words, you can learn to ‘lucid live!’

But before you can do this, brothers, you need to remember and understand who you are, and that is where I can help you. If you are ready to get to the core of your true self and use the power you have within you to build the life you deserve, I implore you to enroll at the Academy. Words don’t do justice to what it feels like to live in your Alpha State, and I want all of you to be able to experience what I do on a daily basis.

What Youll Learn from This Episode:

  • The two parts that make up “The Dream of Life.”
  • Why experiencing darkness is vital for understanding who you are.
  • You are a dreamer living in a dream world, but you don’t know it.
  • A childhood fear of mine.
  • The only person who is responsible for the results of your life.
  • An explanation of the concept of lucid dreaming.
  • Two concepts that form the foundation of the academy.
  • Why we should change our perspective on death.

[00:00:09] ANNOUNCER: Welcome to The Alpha Male Coach Podcast, the only podcast that teaches men the cognitive mastery and alpha mindset that it takes to become an influential and irresistible man of confidence.

Here’s your host, certified life coach and international man of mystery, Kevin Aillaud.

[EPISODE]

[00:00:33] KA: What’s up, my brothers? Welcome back to The Alpha Male Coach Podcast. I am your host, Kevin Aillaud, and I am back. I have returned from a month in the Amazon rainforest, which is essentially a huge jungle, brothers. I want you to know, it is a rainforest, the Amazon, it covers so many countries in South America. It’s actually a jungle. As you all know, I love the jungle. I love the sounds, the smells, the plants, the animals of all kinds. I love the birds, the reptiles, the insects, and the mammals. It was an amazing experience. Way too much happened over the course of the month that I was there for me to go into it all on this podcast in detail.

I mean, I spent time with the Shipibo tribe and a group of healers who really know their stuff, experts in their field. So much love, so much compassion and gratitude and just positive vibes. I will offer you all bits and pieces, little by little about my experience in the jungle and with the Shipibos. However, what’s important is not the experiences that I had, but what I learned and am bringing back to all of you. That will be a part of the future of this podcast, the academy, and the following programs that develop as a result of everything that I learned in the jungle, that the jungle taught me.

The certification course is getting ready to enroll class 002. I’ve renamed the certification course, The Tribe. We have the academy, which is the first step. That’s the first step. That’s level one. Then the certification course is now known as The Tribe, and that is the second step. I’ll go into more deeper detail about what that means later on other podcast episodes. I’m going to tell you more about that as the weeks unfold.

Remember, I also want you guys to remember to take advantage of your free book offer, to get a copy of The Universal Truth before the second edition comes out. This is your chance to own a first edition copy of The Universal Truth for free. You can do that just by going to the website and clicking on ‘free book.’ It’s right there in the upper right-hand corner, ‘free book,’ thealphamalecoach.com and then check it out. It’s right up there in the menu.

Before I get into what I experienced and learned in the jungle, because those podcasts are coming in the future, I want to revisit a topic I mentioned to all of you before I went into Peru. If you remember, before the episodes with the interviews with my students began, I offered you another thought experiment that I call the dream of life. Over the course of this podcast, I have taught mostly in analogies. Over the course of The Alpha Male Coach Podcast. I mean, over the course of the last three years, I’ve taught mostly in analogies and stories.

The depth of the knowledge I want to offer you is highly mystical and esoteric. I began The Alpha Male Coach Podcast with a mind, cognition and mind management. I introduced you all to the universal truth and the biological explanation of how thoughts become things. As I continued my own journey, brothers, it evolved more into the higher form of my being. I have passed on to all of you the progression of the process and methodology of how to remember who you are, and create the life you choose to experience.

Therefore, we begin with the mind. We have to begin with the mind because the mind is the false self. The mind is the storyteller. We have to manage the mind. Then we move to emotions, because that’s the vibration of experience. Then we find ourselves swimming in the waters of pure vibration, pure energy and pure spirit. This, by no means is a woo-woo spiritual program, or teaching. You guys know this. I stand by the results that I have experienced in my life, and the results my students have achieved through doing their own work.

These results are measurable, observable and repeatable, making them by definition, scientific. That being said, I cannot use science to explain all of the processes and methods of experiencing these results. There are simply too many mysteries in the human experience for which science fails to either recognize, or explain, so I use stories and analogies to explain experiences. Words fail miserably. If you’re familiar with the podcast and have enrolled in the academy, you know this. You know the difference between listening to the words and having a transcendental experience of remembrance and creation.

Now, I want to introduce you to another analogy, another thought experiment, the dream of life. You’ve heard the puzzle of life. You’ve heard the game of life. This thought experiment is for you to consider and determine what it means for you, how it resonates for you, and how you can use it to apply and change your life to live into your highest self. The dream of life has two parts to it. The first part is the setup. The second part is the awakening. Let’s begin.

Imagine you are a pure being of light and love, a soul without a physical form, a shape of pure energy. All you know is love, all you know is light. You have no knowledge of anything else. In fact, since you have never known darkness, light itself has no meaning. Since you have never known pain or fear, love itself has no meaning. It’s like the ice cream analogy, brothers. If you remember that one. All you have ever eaten your entire existence is an infinite mix of vibration, an infinite mix of this ice cream. The totality of all that is. Without any differentiation, you have no idea what it means to have contrast.

All the infinite flavors of ice cream have been mixed into a single bowl, and for all eternity, you’ve been eating this one flavor, not knowing anything else, not having anything else to compare it to. You can’t know up, because you’ve never known down. You can’t know left, because you’ve never known right. You can’t know good because you’ve never known bad, and you can’t know yourself, because there is no way to experience self without contrast, without separation, without the other.

Here you are, this little perfect being of energy; pure love, pure light, having no experience of love, or light, or self. Then you hear this voice. This voice that offers you opportunity, this voice that says to you, “Do you want to know who you are? Do you want to experience love and light?” You think, “I have no idea who I am. I have no idea what love is. I have no idea what light is,” because there has never been anything other than the oneness that you exist within.

However, to this voice you respond, “Yes.” This is not a response of choice. It is a response of intuition, a response of purpose. You were always meant to experience yourself. Your answer could never have been a no. Upon answering with a yes, the voice tells you that in order to experience your true self, in order to know what it is to experience love and light, you must also experience the contrast. You must know what pain and darkness are, if you are to understand who you are.

Furthermore, you will enter into the experience without knowledge of who you are, because you’ve never experienced it before. Now stay with me here, brothers. I know this can be a bit confusing. Since you are love and light, but have never experienced your true self, you have no knowledge of what love and light are. The voice tells you that to understand your true nature, to understand love and light, you will also be confronted with a false self.

The purpose of the false self is to allow you to choose to experience who you truly are, and determine how you want your true self to demonstrate and experience the rest of the contrast, which is the matrix, which is the creation itself, which is life. The voice then tells you that you will not remember this conversation. Then when you arrive at this place, this place called Earth, for your experience, called the human experience, that you will not remember the conversation with the voice, or that you are truly a being of light and love. You will remember nothing. You will simply arrive with no memory, so that you can experience the fullness of being a human without the bias of truth. Therefore, you will be free to choose your own destiny. This is freewill.

Now the voice completes. That is the totality of the voice. Then, you are suddenly looking through the eyes of a newborn, staring up into the bright lights of a delivery room, with doctors and nurses all around you. Now, let me stop right there. Because I know, first of all, brothers, I’m just talking here. I’m just saying things. I want to stop right there. I am not suggesting that life begins at birth. I am 100% into believing that a fetus experiences life within its mother’s womb.

However, for the sake of this analogy, I’m going to continue. You’re thrust into this human experience. You are a newborn baby, beginning the life of a human; completely having forgotten who you truly are, which is a being of love and light. All you begin to understand is separation and pain, “I am cold. I am hungry. I’m afraid. I am alone.” Those who are charged with keeping you safe, do the best they can, some better than others, right? No matter how amazing your parents may be, you will always experience some pain during childhood. This was required, according to the voice. The requirement was and is for contrast for you to experience your not-self, so that you can remember your true self.

Again, my friends, I want you to stay with me. This is all a dream. Remember, this is the dream of life. You are not this body. This body is an avatar. It is a vehicle of experience. You are a being of love and light, dreaming your way through life, using this body as a vehicle of perception and experience. You’re a dreamer. You are living through a dream world, a world made up of the collective consciousness of all the dreamers, all the beings who have forgotten who they are.

Your individual dream creates your individual life, the collective dreams of all the beings on the planet, including the animals and the plants, creates the circumstances and events of the world around us and for us.

You are here, a dreamer in a dream world, and also asleep within the dream. You see, brother, you don’t know you’re dreaming, do you? You think you’re awake, and the world around you is an absolute form, right? It’s made of solids, liquids and gasses that are actually there. They are there, but only because you manifest them through your dream. You think that they’re there, because they’re there always. You think that just because your eyes are open that you can see, right? You think that just because you’re aware of your thoughts, that you’re conscious, don’t you? Or maybe, it’s even more insidious. Maybe you think that because you’re aware of social issues and global events, that you’re woke, as they say.

My brothers, nothing is further from the truth. Being woke, as it is defined today, is simply another form of unconsciousness. It’s another form of living asleep within the dream, because it allows the dream to maintain its function of control, and absolute reality. No, my friend, you are a dreamer. Asleep in your bed of oneness, as a being of pure energy, love and light and completely unconscious of the self. Like any human dreamer who falls asleep in their bed and dreams throughout the night. This is the analogy. This is the story I want to use for you to begin to remember who you are.

You see, just when you lie down and go to sleep at night and dream your dreams, then in the morning wake up, back in your body as the you that you think you are. You’re actually a being of light and love who went to sleep one day and is dreaming the dream of being you. It is a dream that lasts your entire lifetime. Just like when you go to sleep at night and have some dreams that are pleasant, and other dreams that are nightmares, your true self, that being of pure energy is dreaming all the goodness and the badness in the world. When in fact, it’s all just a dream, completely neutral and 100% in your ability to create.

Brothers, I’m going to let you in on a little secret. This is not a secret anymore, because I’m going to tell it to you guys. For most of my life, I was terrified of clowns. I know that may sound outrageous. Maybe some of you even had that same phobia. I really don’t know why. I have my theories. It could have been from watching too many scary movies with the clown as the antagonist. I watched Stephen King’s It when I was a kid, and it terrified me. Maybe it was all the other movies that had clowns in it that we’re running around with knives and chopping people up. I don’t know. It could be, because clowns demonstrate a false self, a painted face of emotion. I really don’t know and I have since let go of that fear.

However, for years, I was terrified of clowns and I do mean terrified. I was petrified of clowns. I would become paralyzed in their presence. Now brothers, if I am dreaming of clowns chasing me through a dark alley and I run into a dead end, I’m clearly having a nightmare, right? You guys get that? I’m having a nightmare. This is a terrible thing. I’m literally in my bed asleep, feeling fear, petrified in my nightmare. What is really happening? Two things. First, I am really completely safe in my bed. Those clowns cannot harm me. I’m safe, asleep in my bed. Second, I am creating all of it with my mind. I’m creating the clowns, the alley, the dead end, I’m even creating my own self avatar in my dream.

Brothers, I gave you the setup for the dream of life. You are a being of light and love sent here to have a human experience. You won’t remember that, so that you are given the full gift of freewill. You’re given the full gift of choice, without the bias of knowing the truth. Now you’re here, dreaming a dream that you don’t know you’re dreaming and think it’s not a dream at all, but some absolute reality, but it’s not. It’s not an absolute reality. It’s a dream.

First of all, you are completely safe in your bed of love and light. Just like when you dream your dreams at night, you are completely safe in your bed, in your bedroom at home. You fear in life, because you’ve forgotten who you are. You fear because you don’t know you’re dreaming, and you think that this world is a scary place. You don’t know that it is all here according to the creation of all the dreamers and that nothing in the dream can harm you. Even death cannot harm you, which is a concept I will return to at the end of this podcast episode. That’s number one.

Number two, you are creating all of this for yourself. You created everything in your life, brother, period. That goes back all the way to the very first podcast episodes I offered you. That is the universal truth. You are the creator. Your thoughts are creating your reality. Go ahead and try to deny it. I want you to. Tell me, it’s because of your parents. Tell me, it’s because of your education that your results in your life are what you have. Tell me, it’s because of society. Tell me, it’s because of religion, or the government. Explain to me why you didn’t create your life for yourself. Tell me who you blame. I want you to, brother. I want to know who it is that you think is responsible for the results in your life.

I want you to enroll in the academy and tell me who is to blame. Tell me. It’s okay. Trust me, I will not judge you. I don’t judge you. Ask any one of my students. That’s not my role. My role is not to judge you. All beginning students have this cognition. They all have this mental illusion. It’s a part of the healing and awakening process. I welcome you to the academy and I will listen to you. Then I will guide you into remembering the truth that you are actually safe, 100% loved and safe and secure, and you are the master of your destiny. You are the captain of your fate and the creator of your reality.

Brothers, when I dreamed of the clowns, I was creating them. When I woke up, I was always there in my bed, completely safe. They could never hurt me, and I created them. They felt so real at the time. I actually felt fear in my dream. It wasn’t real. It was a creation in my mind, which is what life is. When I awoke, I realized I was dreaming and slowly, I began to forget my dream. Then, I went to sleep the next night and had another dream. This is the cycle of the soul. This is the nature of the true self and the purpose of the human experience.

Now, I want to add two things to this analogy. I know, you probably hear my excitement on this. I’m just so happy to be back and talking to you guys and teaching you guys on these podcasts again. I’m going to add two things to this analogy. Both of them have to do with the process of awakening. First is the concept of lucid dreaming. Have you heard of this? Do you guys know what lucid dreaming is? Okay, I’ll tell you. There are people in the world who can, when they are asleep and dreaming, realize they are dreaming and begin to wake up in their dream to control the landscape of their dream and the other beings in their dream.

Because in our dreams, we are creating all of it. It’s all coming from our mind. It’s all coming from our subconscious mind. When you can wake up in your dream to create it, you’re in control. People can actually do this. They can actually create the dreams that they want to experience, because we’re all doing it anyway. They become conscious in their dreams. It’s like that movie, Inception. I don’t know if you guys have seen this one. It’s a little bit older but it’s got Leonardo DiCaprio in it. It’s like, where you go into a dream. Once you’re there, you know you’re dreaming, so you begin to create it. Then they go into people’s subconscious and they find things and they steal things, and they put things there. That’s the idea of inception.

People do this. Not like they do in the movie, but they do this in their own mind, in their own dreams. They intentionally create their dreams from within them. People do this. It’s called lucid dreaming. Now, there are basically two things that we do in the academy. There are two things I helped my students with, and it is this; remembering and creating. At a very fundamental and foundational level, the academy is all about remembering who you are, and learning to create the life of your dreams. Learning to create the life you choose to experience.

The former must precede the latter. You must remember first before you can create. Once you remember who you are, you can begin to create the life you choose to experience. You become the master. This is similar to the concept of lucid dreaming. If you consider this life to be a dream, according to this analogy of the dream of life, the academy helps you wake up within the dream and create intentionally from within it.

It’s like lucid living, instead of lucid dreaming. You get to become conscious. You learn how to lucid live, so you intentionally create according to your thoughts, feelings, words, and actions. That’s the whole point, my brothers. Our purpose here is to remember who we are, so that we can create with intention. Brothers, let go of the abdication of responsibility for what happens in your life, thinking that you are not responsible for all the results in your life is like me not taking responsibility for creating the clowns that were chasing me in my dreams. My mind did that in my dream. Brother, your mind creates your reality. You know this. This is the universal truth. That’s the first part of awakening, and really what it means to be enlightened, to awaken within the dream and begin to lucid dream, or in this case, to lucid live.

The second thing I want to add to this analogy also has to do with awakening. However, it has to do with awakening from the dream. You see, lucid living is a part of the academy process and guidance. It is how to live the life of your dreams. It’s how to experience your life from an intentional choice. That is awakening within the dream. If you’re dreaming this world, then you awaken within the dream, and you begin to create intentionally.

However, so many, so, so many humans are out there living in fear, living in the fear of death, especially with what’s happening with all the media fear around COVID. I know people are terrified of death, even before COVID. The media and society want us to be afraid of death and die. They know we’re afraid of death, so they jack up their ratings with fear. Fear of crime, fear of natural events, like hurricanes and earthquakes, fear of war. Now, the fear of pandemics, the fear of getting sick.

Brothers, there are cultures on this planet, most of them gone, or deeply hidden, that celebrate death as a transition into the next phase of being, the next adventure. In fact, even one of my teachers said, “Death is a natural part of life. Rejoice for those around you who transform into the force. Mourn them do not.” Yeah, one of my teachers, you know, it’s Yoda, right? Yoda is my teacher. Yeah, I listen to Yoda, okay. That’s what I do. I know I’m a nerd, but it’s what I do. I think Yoda is a great master. He’s a great master of truth.

Therefore, I tell you, to conclude this podcast episode and the thought experiment called the dream of life, I want to offer you this. What happens when you die in your dream? Have you ever had a dream where you die? What happens? You wake up. You wake up and find yourself in your bed safe and sound, lying there in peace. Maybe for a little while you’re startled. Maybe I startled you without that wake up, right? Maybe for a little while you’re startled and maybe you remember the dream for a few minutes, maybe for a few hours.

You get up out of your bed and you go about your life, not fearing to fall asleep the next night. When the next night comes, you lie back down in your bed and you go to sleep ready for another night’s rest. Brothers, the same is true here in this life. When we die here from this experience, it is only the body and the mind that cease. This is why the mind rejects and fears death so much, because it is the ego that dies with the body and it is the identity that goes along with the vehicle.

However, when you die from this form, you simply wake up as your soul. You wake up as the being of pure light and love from which you came and carried with you on this human journey. You wake up in the field of love and light and oneness that exists here and now always and forever and safe and free. I’m not saying be eager to die. On the contrary, my friends, you guys know this, that after everything I’ve taught you over the past three-plus years, and even the message I’m offering you on this podcast, you know, I am not suggesting a premature death. I’m simply saying, do not be afraid of it.

Death is a part of life. It is not the end. It is a continuation of who you are and have always been. Just like when you awaken from your dreams at night and you’re still living safe in your bed, when you die, you will awaken safe within yourself and the eternal field of truth. I have told you repeatedly, I am not a religious man. I’m a spiritual man. I must be a spiritual man, because the alpha state is a spiritual state. I don’t subscribe to any single religion. I believe all religions are a part of the whole.

I subscribe to the inner authority of self and the power within each of us. This is equally scientific as it is spiritual. It is spiritual, because it is invisible, transcendent and mystical. It is scientific, because it is measurable, observable and repeatable. I only offer that you experimented with it all for yourself. Now brothers, when you are ready to remember who you are and want to begin to create your experience with the power you have within you, the academy is taking enrollments without the application requirement. For those of you who are curious and asking about the certification course, which I am now calling The Tribe, I will begin taking applications soon for class 002, which begins in May of 2022.

Until next week, my brothers. Elevate your alpha.
