Hello, my brothers and welcome to another episode of The Alpha Male Coach Podcast. I have received positive feedback about the previous episode, The Movie of Life, which explored the concept of starring in a movie as an analogy for the human experience. Although we were able to dive deep into the idea, I was not able to say everything I wanted to. So today, I want to add three additional concepts to the previous episode before exploring today’s topic, gratitude.

Remember the beam of light from the projector? That beam of light is everything. You, me, and everything in between. It is also important to remember that you can change the theater and the movie of your life at any time. It is crucial to remember to watch and act in movies that you want, and not for anyone else. Accepting these truths allows us to grow closer to the creator and master our cognitive abilities. This brings me to another important aspect of the human experience that I want to speak about with you today, gratitude.

Gratitude is the gateway. What do I mean by that? The standard definition of gratitude is limited as it does not include what we have to be grateful for or the experience of the energy, the vibration of gratitude. To master the spiritual plane we must first master the physical plane, and gratitude is the first step towards this and attracting abundance on the physical plane. If your mind is stuck in the thought pattern of ungratefulness, then you need to shift your mindset to a mindset of being grateful. Once you have achieved this, you can move towards being grateful on the mental plane.

Mastery of the mental plane is a momentous leap from the physical plane and requires immense discipline. Brothers, today I will also talk to you about how to master the mental plane through active meditation. I explain in detail what is required to be grateful on the mental plane, which is being grateful for each moment that life gives you. Be grateful for your sight, for the rain, for the ability to walk, for everything little thing that life bestows upon you. Although this is difficult, it is not as challenging to master as the energetic plane. The energetic plane is our feelings, the vibrations of life and emotion. Brothers, I have said this before, but we need to learn how to feel so we can be truly grateful on the energetic plane.

My brothers, it is imperative to remember that this takes immense work and time. Do not expect immediate results, as it is constant work. It is what our soul needs to evolve and grow and ultimately reach God-consciousness. True emotions are a vibration. I ask that you join me again today to continue our journey from the last episode as we learn how to be truly grateful and open up the gateway to the universe.

[INTRODUCTION]

[00:00:09] ANNOUNCER: Welcome to The Alpha Male Coach Podcast, the only podcast that teaches men the cognitive mastery and alpha mindset that it takes to become an influential and irresistible man of confidence. Here’s your host, certified life coach and international man of mystery, Kevin Aillaud.

[EPISODE]

[00:00:32] KA: What’s up, my brothers? Welcome back to The Alpha Male Coach Podcast. I’m your host, Kevin Aillaud. Before jumping into the episode for this week, I want to wrap up some concepts for the podcast episode from last week. The Movie of Life. There was a huge response that came from that episode. It was a great episode. I’ll admit, I love that episode. I love talking to you guys in these analogies and I want to offer some final thoughts around that particular analogy that I didn’t talk about last week due to time. You guys know that I always attempt to get these podcast episodes between about 20 to 30 minutes, and lately I’ve been exceeding that time domain.

I’m sure it’s not a big deal for you guys, because I know you guys love the content. It’s more of a thing for me because I want you guys to be able to receive this information in a timeframe that allows you to process the material over time, and even listen to the episode more than once if you want to. Therefore, anything over 30 minutes tends to extend past my desired time range.

Now, there are three concepts I want to add and allow you to reflect upon before getting into the content for this week, which is gratitude. Gratitude is the gateway. First, the beam of light is complete and timeless. Do you remember the beam of light? The beam of light that projects the differentiation on the screen of space or the field of information that is eternal. In other words, while we understand the beam of light in a movie theater to display the individual frames coming from the projector, the truth is that the beam of eternal white light itself contains all of the entire movie in a single moment. In fact, it contains all the movies in all the theaters in a single moment. This beam is the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. The now, remember, and this is important, the beam is everything including you and me. The failure of religion to recognize and teach this creates a separation between the creator and the created, the maker and the made. The beam of white light, the Alpha and the Omega is not something separate from you and me, because it is all things including you and me. Brothers, we are divinity and this is the alpha state.

Second, you have the choice to change theaters at any time. As a member of the audience watching your own movie as it unfolds, you can choose which movie you want to see yourself star in. I gave a brief example of that last week when giving examples of potential movies. Brothers, I have reinvented myself several times, which is to say I’ve changed theaters many times. This is the power of the mind. This is why we have the mind, to decide what you want to experience and then go about experiencing it by getting up out of the seat in the theater you’re in and going to watch yourself star in a different movie.

I’ve watched myself in movies about national sports, the military body guarding, currency and stock trading, fitness coaching, business operating, life coaching, and that only names a few of the occupations that I’ve chosen to take on. I’ve also seen myself, in movies, with relationships, movies as a homeowner, movies as a nomad traveling all around the world, all of them with conflict and resolution, all of them with the ups and downs and dramas of life. I’ve been in comedies, I’ve been in dramas, I’ve been in actions. I’ve been in science fiction movies, which ironically, are more accurately described as science fact.

This is the power of the mind and it’s why cognitive mastery is a major part of the academy. Knowing that you can, brothers, you can at any time, simply get up from your seat and watch yourself star in a different movie is the power of having the human experience. The soul aims to experience itself through the human experience and it is the mind that allows this manifestation of conscious choice. Most people don’t know that they have this power and they believe they are victims of their circumstance. They’re victims of the cards they are dealt. So many stories, right?

You probably have heard this. I’ve heard people say that “You’ve got to learn how to play the cards you’ve been dealt.” Bullshit! That is a trap. That is a lie. The only cards you are dealt are the cards of breath and life. Everything else is a choice. Nothing is keeping you in that theater if the movie you’re watching doesn’t entertain you. You don’t have to be there. Get up and go watch yourself fulfill your dreams. Pay attention to your heart’s desire and learn how to follow that path instead of the conditioned stories of others. Which brings me to the final concept that I want to add before getting into this content. Make sure the movie you are watching is the one you want to watch. Many, many humans are watching the movie that their parents want them to watch, or that their friends want them to watch, or that society or the government or their religion wants them to watch.

[00:05:09]

You know this is true, either in your life, or in the life of someone you know. I have students who spent most of their lives doing what their parents told them to do. They watched the movie that entertained their parents. They didn’t want to go to law school, they wanted to go to another school, they wanted to be an actor. But their parents wanted them to go to law school. So, what did they do? They went to law school. They didn’t want to watch that movie. That movie wasn’t entertaining for them. They wanted to go be an actor. Don’t do that. Go be an actor. Go watch the movie that you want to watch.

I’ve had students that live their lives doing what the government or religion tells them what to do. They’re watching the movie that entertains these institutions. Waking up to the truth of who you are, and why you’re here is in part about realizing that you can watch yourself do anything you want. It doesn’t mean that the movie won’t have ups and downs. It doesn’t mean that the movie won’t have conflict and resolutions. This is a part of it all. However, you still get to choose what you want to experience. So, watch your own movie, watch the movie that entertains you.

Okay, now let’s talk about gratitude, brothers. Six-minutes in, let’s talk about gratitude. I just told you, I want to go to under 30 and here we are six-minutes in. Alright, first of all, the definition of gratitude is, in my opinion, weak. I think the definition of gratitude is so weak, having experienced the vibration energy of gratitude in this cellular vehicle, I find the words used to describe gratitude to be lacking, to say the least. The definition of gratitude is the quality of being thankful, readiness to show appreciation for, and to return kindness. While this is true and beautiful, it doesn’t really express the fullness of what we have to be grateful for, or the experience, the experience of the energy, the vibration of gratitude. I want to offer on this episode, a radical new way of expressing gratitude and how to begin this practice as an act of meditation of lucid living, as well as something special at the end, to let you guys know how deeply down the rabbit hole you can really go.

Let’s begin at the beginning. Let’s begin at the beginning, gratitude for things, gratitude at the physical level, at the physical level and the physical realm. The gratitude project began several years ago in the self-help or personal develop community. I remember when I was a kid, and would hear motivational speakers like Tony Robbins, for example, talk about making gratitude a part of your morning routine every day, write down three to five things you’re grateful for. The idea was, of course, cognitive mastery, to direct your mind towards being thankful for what you have, and practicing the feeling of gratitude, which vibrates out and attracts more of the same. It is still, to this day, a common practice and one I would offer as a place to begin, to begin.

We do this in the academy in the intentional models of alignment. If your mind is stuck in thought patterns of lack and scarcity, shifting it towards the power of abundance requires gratitude. This is a universal truth. It’s a mystical truth of the spiritual plane. The Christ gave us this truth when he said to those who have, and know they have, more will be given to them. For those who don’t know they have, even what they do have, will be taken away.

This is the lesson of spiritual abundance. This is the lesson of physical abundance, which emanates from the realm of vibration. The gateway to abundance is gratitude, as the master has told us. You must know you have. You must recognize the having this and this is expressed with gratitude. So, begin to become aware of what you have, of all the things you have, in the physical plane. This is the physical plane and this is simply as looking at the glass half-full. So many humans are out there comparing in lack. So many of us are out there comparing, and we’re all comparing in lack. If you have $10,000 in your bank account, then you compare yourself to the human who has $100,000 and you say, “I don’t have enough. I lack.” If you have a beautiful wife, then you look at your single friends. You’re like, “I should be single, they’re having so much fun.” Your single buddies are looking at you and your married life and they’re saying, “Jeez, I wish I had a wife. That’s the life I want.”

Someone who has $1,000 in their bank account is looking at the human who has $10,000 and they’re saying the same thing. “I don’t have enough. I lack.” And you know what, the guy with $100,000 in his bank account is comparing himself to the guy with 10 million and a Ferrari and saying the same thing. Stop. Stop. Stop all the nonsense. Just look. Just look at it. Look at what you have. Look at the 10k. Look at it without comparison. Don’t say, “Well, it could be worse. I could have $1,000 or I could have $10 and be hungry and be starving.” Don’t do that either. That isn’t gratitude. Just look at it. Look at it and say thank you. Thank you. It is there. It is there for you. It is all there for you. Don’t compare it to something more or less, simply be there with it in gratitude.

[00:10:05]

You have, brother. You have and you know you have even if all you have is 10 bucks, you have, you have. Know that you have. Know that you have and more will be given, more abundance will be drawn to you. If you don’t know you have due to the illusion of the other, the illusion of comparison, then you’re missing the point. You’re missing the knowing of having, and thus, even what you do have will be taken from you.

Begin there. Begin with the physical plane. Look around you and see what you have. Next, we move to the mental plane of gratitude and this is active meditation. It requires a deeper and sustained awareness in the mind, in motion. It is the awareness of everything being for you, that everything is happening in a constant flow of giving. Gratitude practice in the physical plane is a good start. It’s a great start. However, it is not the end, it is not a place to rest. I think so many people get into this idea that this is all I have to do. All I have to do is 30-minutes a day, look at the things that I have, and be grateful for them. And I think people get into this idea that it is good enough and then they make it so.

The issue that arises is when you do your physical plane gratitude practice for 30-minutes in the morning, and then go about the rest of your day driving stories of lack and scarcity, then you know that 30 minutes of knowing that you have will not undo the other 23 and a half hours of comparison and lack. You guys know this because you know the mind works. You spent 30-minutes in gratitude and 23 and a half hours in lack. What is the universe going to provide? What is universe going to offer you back? It’s going to offer you that what you asked for, which is that you are unconsciously meditating on 23 hours, and the confirmation bias says this morning, “Gratitude stuff is garbage. It doesn’t work. It doesn’t work because I keep getting more and more lack. I keep getting less and less. I keep having more and more scarcity.” Yeah, because you’re doing 30-minutes a day of gratitude, of abundance, and then the rest of the time you’re doing lack. The universe is just responding to you. That’s what it’s doing.

Now, I think it’s important to note here, brothers, but you probably already know about this lesson, and that is that your mind creates your reality. It is your mind that manifests your life. So, I am not saying in any way that practicing gratitude on the physical plane is not important or valuable. On the contrary, I believe that it is an amazing place to start. It’s an amazing place to begin. However, in the development of cognitive mastery, there is a next step. This is not where we’ve completed the process. It’s not where we end. In practicing gratitude on the mental plane, you begin to be grateful for each moment as it passes, not just 30-minutes a day, but as often and as many times as you can, in every moment, for each moment that you experience. This is a huge step.

In fact, each step is more of a momentous leap than the less. The step from the physical plane to the mental plane is a momentous leap. And the step from the mental plane to the energetic plane is a momentous leap. I’m going to complete this episode with the energetic plane because it is so great. It’s like the nugget that I want to offer you guys today. So, this is active meditation. It serves three purposes. Number one, it grounds you in the moment. Number two, it helps you develop gratitude at a deeper level. And three, it begins to remove the suffering of contrast that the mind engages because of its ignorance. The active meditation requires radical consciousness of the now. For example, what are you doing right now? What is happening for you? Are you driving? Laying on the couch? Going for a walk? What are you doing as you listen to this podcast? Whatever you are doing, start to become aware of everything that is happening for you.

When you rise in the morning, be grateful for your sight, be grateful that you can see. When you first open your eyes, thank you. Thank you, I can see. Next, as you get out of bed, be grateful that your body has taken you from your bedroom to the bathroom, right? That you have these legs, you have these strong legs that can get you out of bed. Thank you. Thank you for this body that moves me from this place to that place. Next, you get in the shower and be grateful for the water that cleanses your body, the warm feeling of peace and comfort and cleanliness. Thank you. Thank you. Be grateful for the meal that you eat, for the shelter you are under, for the beauty of the weather, regardless of what the weather is. You can be just as easily grateful for the sun as you can for the rain. Be grateful for the movements, for the heartbeats, for the breath. Be grateful for the sounds, for the smells, for the colors and the shapes of sight, be grateful for living flora and living fauna, for the molecular masses of solids, liquids and gases.

[00:14:37]

Keep your mind in the present as you move through each moment experiencing everything you are meant to experience. Be grateful for each experience as a gift for you and only you. Be grateful for the feelings you’re having, for the thoughts that are passing, for the subtle shifts of energy, and the information flowing through you and around you. Instead of rushing to judgment from the conditioned mind, use the mind to find the gift of each experience and bless that experience with your gratitude.

Begin a mantra brother, a mantra of saying thank you. Say thank you for everything. Say thank you to everyone. Say thank you at every event and every experience in every moment. This is active meditation. At first, your mind will wander and fall into its old patterns. It will do this. That’s okay. That’s a part of the journey, blood. When you catch it, bring it back to the present, and see the value and gift being offered to you. This will keep you in the moment.

Now, as I said, this is not easy, right? It’s simple. Of course, it sounds simple. A coach is saying and it sounds really simple, right? But it’s not easy. Just as it takes a measured amount of intention and discipline to add to your morning routine, 30-minutes of gratitude work in the physical plane, it takes an exponential amount of intention and discipline to work and active meditation of gratitude in the mental plane. This is why the academy is such a powerful place of inner transformation. This is what we do. The more you see the truth of everything, the more the truth of everything is attracted to you.

The next momentous leap, is the practice of gratitude on the energetic plane, which requires another exponential amount of intention and discipline. In fact, as it can take a few months to get to that first gratitude practice in the physical plane, trained-in and several months, you kind of like begin it, say, “Okay, this is what I’m going to do every morning when I wake up, and I’ll write down three to five things I’m grateful for.” And what do they say, like it takes 30 days to create a habit, right? It can take a few months. I don’t know who says that, again, it’s a story. It can take more than that. But it can take a few months to ingrain that into your body, to ingrain that into your mind, to ingrain that into the cells of your vehicle, and the energy of your soul. It can take time to really wake up every morning and recognize having this, recognizing what you have. And even more so, it can take several months to even years in order to get to the active meditation of gratitude in the mental plane. It can take several years brother to really have the awareness, to have the consciousness of living in every moment and grateful for everything that’s coming through.

Now that being said, working with gratitude at the energetic level can take several years to a lifetime. It is a way to experience life in a completely different way, and something that I have found to be transient, although at the same time, something that I’ve learned to generate within myself on demand.

First of all, I want you to remember, and this is required, you have to know this, you have to really have the experience of this for this to occur for you. You have to remember that we are beings of vibration, we’re beings of light. This is not science fiction. This is science fact, although science may not be able to explain why this is quite yet, we do know this. As of right now, it is purely an existential truth, something that is repeatable, however, not necessarily observable. I do believe that this phenomenon is measurable however, just not necessarily observable, and how would it be observable? Because what’s observable is the duality. What’s observable is the illusion. What’s observable is the cells. We’re just beginning to understand and observe the infinitesimal bits of matter we call neutrinos. But how are we going to observe ourselves as beings of light? We can’t even find the mind. The mind is also invisible. It’s not observable, and yet we know it’s there.

[00:18:27]

So, while science may not be able to explain, it may not have proof as to this, that we’re beings of vibration, that we’re beings of light, we know it to be true. We know it to be true because of our own existential experience. Because of our own existential truth. We can repeat this, we can measure it. But this is what you have to know and experience before you can make this move, before moving into energetic gratitude, you have to know that you are an energy being, that you are vibration. If this is not something you’ve experienced, then what I’m about to say next will make as much sense as a butterfly trying to explain to a caterpillar, what it’s like to fly. You will get there, however right now is outside the realm of what you know, and what you’ve ever experienced.

So, here’s the story, brothers. Here’s what I’m going to offer you. I have experiences of being filled with the energy of love, gratitude and Christ consciousness. I have had experiences of having been filled with the source of pure being, and I can’t explain these experiences because they’re outside the power of words to describe. Again, it’s like trying to explain what it feels like to have a shot of adrenaline to the heart. Unless you’ve ever had a shot of adrenaline to the heart, you’re really not going to ever know what it’s like. You can try to imagine it, but you’re never going to actually ever experience it, or the feeling of having electricity shot through your body. If you’ve never been electrocuted, then you don’t know what it’s like. If you have been electrocuted, then try explaining that to somebody who hasn’t. You might be able to, maybe with words, try to get that experience explained, but it’s not going to do the experience justice. The person is going to say, “Oh yeah, I get. I kind of understand what you’re saying.” But you know, you have no idea what it’s like or what it feels like to have a pump, that pump after bench pressing to 25 for 100 reps. Unless you do that, unless you have had that pump, like even if you have had that pump, how do you explain it? How do you talk about it?

It’s like trying to explain what the word beauty means. It’s like trying to describe colors to a blind man. Words are fractions of percentages of experiences. They are sounds only. Sounds are vibrations, however, they are not the same as vibrations of pure energy. All feelings are vibrations. They are energy running through the body through the vehicle. If we arbitrarily assign numbers to the vibrations of energy we call feelings and emotions, then we can begin to classify these vibrations on a scale from zero to a thousand.

Now this is not my idea. Okay, there are a few people have done this and use this scale for teaching training and development. So, I’m going to go ahead and use their scale as an example of what I’m talking about. If we say that we can measure vibrations of energy, we can measure these vibrations of our feeling, not our feelings that are assigned to our thoughts. But our feelings that are the vibrations of energy that are moving through our body. If we can assign these a number on a scale from zero to a thousand.

Okay, zero is death. Zero means there’s no vibration at all. This is a lifeless vehicle, right? This is the dead body, there’s no vibration, there’s no energy. A thousand is God-consciousness. It’s Christ consciousness. It’s Buddha nature. It’s the light of Krishna. It’s that divinity. It is true divinity and experience a pure of being, of vibration at level 1,000. It is our purest nature, and a feeling I cannot explain. Then there are all the feelings or vibrations in between. Most humans vibrate between a certain range. This range can be changed based on the work you do on yourself and that’s kind of what the soul is here to do. The soul is here to experience itself, which is Christ consciousness. The soul is here to experience God-consciousness. It’s here to experience its pure nature, which is a vibration of 1,000. That’s what the soul wants to do. That’s why it uses feelings and words, thoughts, to wake you up. That’s what it’s doing. It’s trying to wake you up to your true nature.

For example, if your range, if you have a range between 50 and 250, then 99% of the time you’ll be vibrating somewhere between apathy, lack of interest and depression, which is 50, and neutrality and boredom, which is 250. Everything in between will also be included in that 99% of the time. Everything between 50 and 250 like grief, fear, jealousy, anger, rage, pride, blame, worry, doubt, courage, frustration, irritation, overwhelm, and so on. About 1% of the time, there will be glimpses above 250 or below 50. These are the outliers that allow you to experience evolution, which is what the sole aim is to experience. Higher levels of vibration, all the way up to a thousand, all the way up to itself.

So, these outliers are just to get you moving, just to give you a little bit to say, “Hey, wake up. Look, you vibrate between 50 and 250. But here’s the 300. Doesn’t that feel great? Let’s try to move up your range.” Love is at level 500. It’s halfway between death and divinity. Gratitude has a vibrational level of 900. It is the gateway to God-consciousness.

Now, brothers when I mentioned these levels, I want to be clear that I’m not talking about thoughts or chemical emotions, because we say all the time that we love things. I love my family. I love my friends. I love my pets. I love Tulum. This is not what I’m talking about. These are thoughts. You have these thoughts. These are not vibrations. These are not emotions. These are not the energy of vibration. Most humans are living in a state disconnected from feeling at all, especially men. Brothers, especially men. And I’m sorry, brothers, but it’s true. It’s just true. We’ve been told our whole lives that men are rational thinking beings and the women are the feelers, that they are the emotional ones. Geez, like what a mind job, right? What a thing to do to guys. What a thing to do to like little boys that become men. And we wonder why we’re in the state that we’re in, why our species is in the state that it’s in.

Because we’ve been told as little boys that we’re not supposed to feel, that we’re supposed to think only, be rational beings. We are here to feel, that’s the point. We’ve basically been cut off from our soul. We’ve been conditioned to be cut off from the potential of true being which is the purpose of achieving unity with oneness. Now, before even beginning to know what your range is, you have to learn how to feel. You have to learn how to feel brothers, and I’ve already done some podcast episodes on this, however, I want you to know that due to the nature of being separate from our vibrational energy, most of us are vibrating at a very low level. To really feel and experience love is difficult. Most of the time is love is not the vibration we feel. It’s not. We think it’s love because our mind is telling us, I love you. I love this. I love that. But we’re actually feeling is the chemical reaction of desire and lust. That is a chemical reaction. That is not a vibrational energy. We have desire, we have lust. These are things that are happening in our hormones, it’s not love.

[00:24:59]

To actually feel, to actually feel the energy of love is an incredible experience and one that you will know when it happens. You may not be able to contain it in your vessel, you may not be able to contain it in your vehicle, because it will be so far out of your range. And again, it is not something I can explain with words, and that is why I know most people haven’t really experienced this energy because they can always explain it with words. I love you, because – oh, okay, thanks for the thoughts. Thank you for the sentence. Thank you for the mind. It’s not the vibration, it’s not the energy.

So, going into this practice, allow yourself to recognize that you will be starting at low vibrational energies and that is okay. Just like it’s okay if you’re working in the mental plane of gratitude and your mind wanders, and you’re not grateful in the moment. Your mind wanders to the past or to the future. That’s okay. It’s also okay that you’re starting at low vibrational energies when you start to become aware of your vibrations. That is okay. That is normal. It is where most people will be. Using certain training and practices once you start to know what it’s like to feel your energetic self, you will be able to raise your vibrations to higher ranges. This is what the people do. This is what spiritual people do. You don’t have to be a monk to do this. It may certainly help, it may certainly help to go live in a monastery somewhere, just like monk it up, right? Because then you have no distractions. You can just purely focus on your energetic self. But you don’t have to. I don’t live in a monastery.

Okay, now, as I’ve said, I have felt energetic gratitude before, and that’s what I’m saying like, I don’t live in a monastery, I live in the world, and I’ve been able to feel energetic gratitude. I’ve been able to feel God-consciousness. I’ve touched it. I’ve touched the nature of pure being. It has nothing to do with havingness at the physical level, or the awareness that all things are a blessing and force at the mental level. It is a deep energy that passes through the body like a current. In fact, it’s such a strong energy that I have difficulty sustaining it in my vehicle. My vehicle has a difficulty sustaining that amount of energy. When I feel this energy, I tend to lose control of my body. I lose control of my body, I lose control my voice and I lose control of my mind. I remain conscious.

However, I’m in a trance like state, almost as if I’m being controlled by the energy itself. I’m rolling around on the ground, I’m prostrating myself to other humans. I have a rapture of intense vibration that makes me say things out loud. I end up shouting at the top of my lungs. Thank you for everything. You guys may have even heard me say this sometimes on the podcast, not because I’m in it. But because I’ve had the experience of it, and I know what it’s like. I’m recollecting it. I tend to say it over and over and over again. Thank you for everything, everything, everything. Thank you. Thank you for everything. I’m shouting it. I’m in it. I can’t even control it. It feels so good, brothers. It feels so good. It feels better than an orgasm.

In fact, not only does it feel better than orgasm, it tends to last for minutes to hours. Imagine that for a moment, having a feeling that is better than an orgasm lasting for minutes to hours. This is why I don’t care much about worldly things anymore. So, I don’t really care much about things, about possessions, about money, about anything. I just don’t. I know it’s always there. Everything is there. Everything is always here. The world is abundant. It’s always here. But I’ve moved to an energetic state. I have found states of being, states of energy that are greater than anything in the physical realm. You might be asking how. How’d you do it coach? Like, how’d you do it?

Well, it took a lot of work, took a lot of work, a lot of meditation, a lot of cognitive mastery, and letting go of the ego, a lot of plant medicine, a lot of facing the things that I feared the most. During my meditation, sometimes I will hear the words, “Kevin, can go now, I am here.” I hear that in my mind, I hear that in my body. Think about that, “Kevin can go, I am here.” This lets me know that I am here. I have found myself. It wasn’t in the collection of all the little bits of data that were accumulated to create the identity. That’s not me. That’s Kevin. I am. It’s taken a lot of time and work. However, it is available to you as well. I’m not special. I’m not a special person. I’m a human being just like you. This is available to you brother. It’s available to all humans because this is why we are here. Is what we are, it’s why we’re here, is the next level and I will introduce this level in the alpha male process.

Gratitude is the gateway. It’s the gateway. Gratitude, freedom and empowerment. These are the 900 level vibrations before reaching God-consciousness. And again, I’m not talking about thoughts. Everybody’s talking about empowerment these days. Empowerment this, empowerment that, but it’s always in the physical realm of thoughts and action. To be empowered you do this, to be empowered, you think that. That’s the physical realm. True empowerment is a vibration, and it’s never experienced by most, and it’s rarely experienced by few.

Gratitude. The vibration of gratitude is uncontrollable, and in some ways, a bit painful. Like I said, it feels like an orgasm. It feels amazing, but it also feels painful. I have energy moving through my body that I cannot sustain. When I’m in the rapture of gratitude, it can be a tiny bit painful. It’s a tiny bit overwhelming. It’s like what is going on in my body? What is going on in the cells of my vehicle? It’s like trying to fit a gallon of water into a three-liter bottle. The bottle will expand to the point of bursting. That is what it feels like and that’s what an orgasm feels like. An orgasm feels like energy moving all through your body. It’s such an incredible rate and expansion, it’s like your body’s going to explode. That’s what energy is. That’s just energy. It’s all energy.

So, brothers, begin with the physical plane. Do your gratitude work, 30-minutes a day. Be grateful for having this without comparison. Do that work. Be grateful for having this without comparison, for what you have without comparing it to anything else, just for having it be grateful.

Next, begin the process of active meditation and begin being grateful in the receiving of each moment as a gift and a sacred blessing. Everything is for you. Finally, when you’re ready, you can enroll in the academy and begin to experience yourself as a pure being of light. The academy is the first step in this process, the process of cognitive mastery and emotional ownership. It will bring you to a certain point in your journey, then you can begin the tribe work, which is the next step. You don’t have to be in the academy before going into the tribe. However, you have to do the work before going into the tribe.

And as always, brothers, just remember gratitude, you are not a victim, you are the celebrated. All of life is happening for you always. On the physical plane, it is happening for you to have an experience of having this on abundance. On the mental plane, it is happening for you to be aware of each moment as a gift and a message of self-remembrance. And on the energetic plane, it is happening for you to experience yourself, to experience yourself, a divine being having a human experience, and when you reach God-consciousness even for a moment, you will understand, you will know, and you will be free. Until next week my brothers, elevate your alpha
