In part 3 of 3 this week we are discussing worthiness as it pertains to your purpose. We want to make the shift from selling our value through our time (to others), to using our time to create value for ourselves.
When we are giving our time to others, and we are not in a state of passion, we often end up buffering after our job is over. Now is the time to work on ourselves, FOR ourselves.
Stop trying to arrive to the place where you are “good enough”, there’s nothing you can’t be/do/have that will make you feel more complete! We are already good enough, no one’s life is more important than ours.

Speaker 1:
Welcome to the Alpha Male Coach Podcast, the only podcast that teaches men the cognitive mastery and alpha mindset that it takes to become an influential and irresistible man of confidence. Here’s your host, certified life coach and international man of mystery, Kevin Aillaud.
Kevin Aillaud:
What’s up, my brothers. Welcome back to the Alpha Male Coach Podcast. I am your host, Kevin Aillaud. Today, we’re going to finish up kind of like a three-section introduction on the new course that I’m putting out on the Alpha Male Coach website. This new course is really, it’s going to be all inclusive, guys. Like this is going to be the move. The reason why I’m putting this course out, I’ve got other courses obviously, but this course came out in the wake of the pandemic. I decided that, look, all these amazing … First of all, what we’re going to do is we’re going to talk about worthiness today. So I’m really going to be a little bit of a motivator today. Like there might be some inspiration coming today, because it’s really just non-negotiable, guys. It’s not negotiable how awesome you are. It’s not negotiable how amazing you are. It’s not negotiable how lovable and how complete and how perfect and how good you are, how good enough.
Kevin Aillaud:
There’s this thought pattern out there that we are not good enough, and we need to be better in order to make changes, or in order to be able to give, or whatever it is that that thought pattern is. It’s “I’m not good enough,” and it’s all garbage. It’s not true. It’s your brain lying to you. The brain loves to lie. If I could go back to my younger self, my 15-, 20-, 25-year-old self, and give my younger self one piece of advice, it would be this: Your brain lies to you. Your brain does not tell you the truth. You get to decide what the truth is, based on your results, based on what you want in your life.
Kevin Aillaud:
So this course is like a push. It sounded like my delivery for … Okay, we know I told you this guys, many times. We know that we are on a precipice of consciousness. We’re on a precipice of conscious change where we shift our understanding of the world from an external place to an internal place, where we shift from a state of doing, a state of constant activity, just organic machines running around the world, and we shift that to the in inside, to the interior, to the cognition, to the emotion. We live in a place of being rather than doing. Now, we’re being, we’re living in humanness. We are experiencing all emotion. We’re experiencing all cognition, where we’re being what we want to be. It’s completely separate from the doing. It’s completely separate from what’s happening outside.
Kevin Aillaud:
With the pandemic, in my mind, my brain is telling me that this is the catalyst. This is the move. This is where we’re going to start this. When we come out of this, when this shifts and it’s over and it moves forward, yeah, we’re going to have a new virus out there. We’ll have vaccines and all kinds of stuff. That’ll all be there. But the other thing will be there is the change that happened internally that was forced on us from the catalyst of being quarantined, of being sent home. Like look, your job, you going to a brick and mortar cubicle or facility or compound or whatever it is, wherever you work, where you’re going to like a place of business, that may be starting to fall apart. That kind of life and living lifestyle might be crumbling.
Kevin Aillaud:
The new lifestyle is not about us humans, you … I’m a human, too. In case you didn’t know, I’m part-Martian, part-human, I’m not sure exactly where my dad was from, but my mom I’m sure is human. That move for us is from that being an employee and sharing our value through our time, “I’m going to give my time, and through my time I create value for someone who pays me for that value that I create with my time,” and that shift from that selling my time to create value, to still using my time but not using my time to create value for someone else. It’s not an employee. It may be self-employed. I might be making that shift where now my value is coming from me for me rather than coming from me for someone else. That’s the move from employee to self-employed, but it might even be something else. You may want to create a business, or you may want to look at shifting the value from giving your time to create value for someone else to having other people use their time to create value for you, so now you’re running a business.
Kevin Aillaud:
All of that shifting, no matter what it is, I think that this is the time to do that. I think that this is the time for the human beings to go inside, go in their mind, go in their body, go in their cognitive emotive state and really decide, really find out, discover for themselves that we are all here to decide what we want to create, what we want to experience. I think that there’s a lot of cognition. There’s a lot of “have to” thought. “I have to work to pay my bills. I have to do this. I don’t like to do it, I have to do it, and because I have to do it, by the time I get done doing it, when I get home from work, I’m so mentally and emotionally exhausted I just want to buffer.” But that doesn’t happen when we’re doing something we want to do. That doesn’t happen when we are living … when the work and the life, that work/play is like blurred because what you’re doing is your passion. What you’re doing, what you’re working at is something that you love, it’s what you’re choosing to do. It’s not something you have to do to pay bills. It’s something you want to do and money is the by-product of that.
Kevin Aillaud:
That’s the move, and I think that this is going to be a part of the move because everybody’s at home. Everybody’s quarantined. Maybe you’re at work, maybe you’re working remotely, but now is the time. So let’s talk about this. Let’s talk about your worthiness. This is the thing, brother, like, when I talk about purpose, there is that confusion. What is purpose? I talked about purpose in terms of value, and now I’m going to talk about purpose in terms of purpose. Capital P, Purpose. What is your purpose? I’m going to tell you, are you ready? Here it is. I want you to know this. I’m going to even say this, this is about 6 and 45 into the podcast, maybe 7 minutes in the podcast: Your reason for existing is to exist. That’s your purpose. You don’t have to do anything to fulfill your purpose. Your life is your purpose. You are a result. You are a product. It is not the results that you create with your actions that are your purpose. You in and of yourself is a result, a product, and that is the purpose.
Kevin Aillaud:
You are an evolved human being and being alive is enough. You hear me? Being alive is enough. I’m going to say this: you are already enough and completely complete. You don’t have to be better. You don’t have to give more. You don’t have to save the planet. None of that. You are … remember last week, or not last week, remember, two days ago, you are an apple, right? There’s nothing … As an apple, there’s nothing an apple could ever do to not be an apple. That’s the purpose of the apple is to be the apple. You might think, your brain might tell you that the purpose of the apple is to be eaten or the purpose of the apple is to grow another apple tree. But that’s not. The purpose of the apple is to be an apple. It’s not what the apple does that gives the apple purpose; it’s what the apple is that gives the apple purpose, and it’s the same with you.
Kevin Aillaud:
It’s not what you do that gives you purpose. It’s what you are, and you’re a human, and that’s not going to change. Your purpose is humanness. No one is taking notes to see if you do that right. I guarantee you’re doing it right. I guarantee you’re living like a human. Why? Because this is how humans live. There’s no way for you not to live like a human. Dogs wag their tails. Birds flap their wings. You act like a human. That’s what you do. It’s in your DNA. You can’t not do that. No one is judging you to see if you’re good enough at it. No one is about to give you a grade on your humanness. It’s like, “Oh, you got a D. You got a D on being human.” “Well, why did I get a D?” “Oh, because you did this, this and that.”
Kevin Aillaud:
Well, anytime you say, “Because you did this, this, and that,” that just qualifies you more being a human. That means, by definition, you’re a human. By definition, you get an A and A+, an A++, because anything you do, everything you do, and all the things you don’t do are all within the realm of humanity. It’s all in the realm of you being a human. That’s your job. You are the only one whose opinion matters. You give yourself the grade. Whatever relationship you have with that alpha state, that spirit inside you, no matter what you call that, the only purpose is that. That’s it. That’s the purpose. I’m here to tell you, it’s already been fulfilled. You’re good to go. You’re done. You’re complete. You’re already purposeful. You’re already magnificent, glorious, magical, whatever you want.
Kevin Aillaud:
It’s not because of anything you did or didn’t do, bro, okay? It’s not because of where you are or where you’re not. It’s just because you were born and are here. That’s it. You were born. Congratulations, you’re living your purpose. You are 100% lovable. You’ve made it. I mean, how many different ways can I say, “You have arrived”? Like, you’re looking for this place to fulfill your purpose. It’s like, “I need to do this, this, this, and this in order for me to arrive, in order for me to get there, in order for me to be whatever it is that I need to be for me to fulfill my purpose,” and that’s all nonsense. You’ve already got there. You’ve already arrived. Stop trying to arrive at the place where you will prove that you are good enough. Just relax because you are good enough, 100% good enough. You’re always going to be good enough. You’re always going to be amazing. You’re always going to be that, no matter what you do or don’t do. You’re already completely good enough. There’s nothing that you can be, there’s nothing you can do, and there’s nothing you can have that’s going to make you more purposeful or more complete. Your life will never be more valuable than someone else’s.
Kevin Aillaud:
So think about someone who you greatly admire, you deeply admire. I would say it doesn’t matter who it is. Maybe it’s like Mother Teresa. Maybe that’s the person you’re into, or maybe it’s Michael Jordan. Maybe that’s the person you’re into. Maybe it’s Jeff Bezos. I mean, I mentioned these people in the last podcast. Maybe it’s Oprah. I don’t know. Somebody that’s your super duper into like, who knows? It doesn’t matter. Maybe it’s Tom Brady, I don’t know. It doesn’t matter. Whoever, whoever it is, their life is not more important than yours. You might think that their life is more important than yours. Like, “Oh, Michael Jordan, he has all these championships, all these NBA championships. He’s inspired all these kids to play basketball and follow their dreams. He’s given all this back to communities,” and so on.
Kevin Aillaud:
His life is not more important than yours. It’s exactly the same. His purpose, his living, his worthiness, his … he’s exactly the same, 100%. Human life is a complete experience. This is the finish line. Let’s put it this way, you have arrived, you have crossed the finish line. You know how they … you see races and they run and they cross the finish line and they put their arms up in the air, like, “Oh my gosh, I just finished like a marathon. Yeah. I can’t believe I ran 26 miles.” That’s where you’re at. You have crossed the finish line of perfection. You’ve made it. You’ve done it. Congratulations, my friend.
Kevin Aillaud:
But the question is, “Now what?” That’s always the question. So your brain doesn’t want to just accept that. Your brain wants to say, “Now what?” Your brain wants to say, “Okay, if I’m perfect, if I’m complete, if I’m good enough, then what do I do? Like my being, my being is taken care of. I’m being a human. I’m perfect in my humanness. What do I do with my time? What do I do?” Because you now know the secrets of life. You now know your purpose is to live. That’s it. Do you want to know the secrets of life? Live. There you go. I mean, it’s not a secret. It’s just is. It is what it is. You’re here to live on the planet. That’s it. You’ve been doing it since you were born. You’ve been doing it for years. Congratulations. Well done. Give you a gold star, now what?
Kevin Aillaud:
You don’t have to do any better or any smarter or any more lovingly unless you want to. You don’t have to do anything. But here’s the thing. The reason to want is not what you think. It won’t make you better in the eyes of some external watcher, and it’s not going to make you any better than you already are or can already be, or already exist. You won’t earn a treasure or a prize or anything else, but what you will do is make your experience on the planet in this life way more fun. That’s the move. See, you can spend your life sitting on the couch watching Netflix or you can spend your life building gardens to feed people in Latin America. Either way, you’re perfect. Either way, you’re a perfect human. Either way, you’re good enough. Either way, you are living your experience, you’re living your life.
Kevin Aillaud:
But your experience of the world is going to be different depending on whether you’re sitting on the couch watching Netflix or you are building gardens in hospitals in Latin America. Like there’s going to be difference. You’re going to experience your world, your life, in a different way. Many of us are out there trying to find a way to matte, trying to find a way to be something out there, like matter to the world, not realizing that we can’t matter more than we already do. That’s the move.
Kevin Aillaud:
You already matter so much. You already matter 100%. So we chase purpose, we chase this thing like it’s an external thing. Like it’s an elusive lover. Like we have this woman out there that our purpose, that’s just she’s so hard to get. So we act creepy and weird and desperate to try to find our success, what we think is success. Success is really a feeling. But we try to find the success that other people seem to have, and we look at people. Like I said, we look at Jeff Bezos and we’re like, “What? How is he …? He’s living better life than I have. He’s done it right. He’s one of the guys with purpose.” But the truth is, is that Bezos, the guy who created Amazon.com, he has the exact same value as you do, exact same value, exact same worthiness, exact same lovability, exact same amazingness.
Kevin Aillaud:
The difference is he has chosen to fulfill at purpose that has made his life way more fun and meaningful to him. Now we look at that and we’re like, “Yeah, but it’s changed all of our lives. Amazon.com has been amazing for the world.” But, brothers, what I’m telling you is that’s the by-product. He changed his experience. He did it for him. That’s it. That’s what he wanted with his life, and because that’s what he wanted with his life, he created abundance and passion around creation. By the time Amazon.com was created, he had fulfilled that purpose for himself, not for the world. It being for the world is the by-product. Human being a wealthy man is a by-product, because you can do the same. You can create the same thing in terms of all that as long as you are doing what it is you want.
Kevin Aillaud:
So here we go. I want to … here we go. Now, again, this is all a part of the Living Your Purpose course. This is all a part of the course. So I’m kind of giving you bits and pieces here, but I do want you to understand something. Number one, you don’t have to do anything to be more worthy, all right? There’s nothing that’s going to change your worthiness. You get to choose what you want to do with your life simply because you want to. That’s the only reason. What you choose has nothing to do with who you are. It’s nothing to do with your being. It’s just what you’re doing. It’s your physics, brother. It’s you’re moving of matter through space. Force times distance. That’s what doing is. That’s what actions are. It creates the experience.
Kevin Aillaud:
So number one, you don’t have to do anything to be more worthy. Your worthiness is predefined. Your worthiness is inherent. Your worthiness is unnegotiable. But number two, you get to pick the reason why you want to do what you do with your life. You get to choose the reasons. So it’s not just the action, but it’s also the reason. It might seem that once you understand that you don’t have to do anything with your life, that you wouldn’t do anything at all, that whole question of “What would you do if money wasn’t an object?” But that’s the wrong question, because that question assumes that the only reason that we do anything is for money? It’s like … I don’t know if you’ve ever heard this question. Has anybody ever asked you, “If you had $100 million, a billion dollars, if money wasn’t … if you had all the money you wanted in the world, like you had an unlimited supply of money, what would you do with your life?”
Kevin Aillaud:
Now, a lot of people say nothing. They don’t even have an answer. They don’t even know. It’s like, “I don’t know. Nothing.” Most people, most brains will say that out loud. I would do nothing. If I didn’t have to do anything, I wouldn’t do anything. But that’s because our brains are telling us that we’re just doing things for money. That’s not true. The truth is, is the opposite. It’s that once you realize there’s nothing you have to do, once you realize that you’re not just out there working to pay your bills, then your entire life can be about what you want to do and you can choose a purpose that matters to you instead of just a purpose that pays your bills. You know what I mean?
Kevin Aillaud:
You can choose that matters to you and only to you. Our brains tell us that if we do what we want, then we’re just going to eat cheat … we’re going to eat cheat meals, we’re going to just buffer and we’re going to watch TV, and all this stuff. But that’s not the case. That’s not what happens. We only buffer and seek false pleasures when our brains are telling us we aren’t good enough and feeding us that lie to create emotional discomfort. That’s when we buffer. That’s when we do all those things. It’s not when we’re doing what we want, because when we want we’re not feeling uncomfortable emotions, and when we do feel uncomfortable emotions we know how to process them.
Kevin Aillaud:
So here’s what I want you, guys … So, again, this is a part of the course, but I’m going to give you guys a little bit about how I created my purpose. This is very simple. Number one, I accepted that I’m already complete as a human, and that I don’t need to fix myself or make myself more worthy. Guys, there’s nothing broken about you. You don’t need to be fixed. That’s a huge move. I’ve talked several times about separating facts and circumstance, or separating facts and thoughts. Circumstance is from beliefs. That’s 80%, that’s huge in cognitive mastery. That move is a momentous leap.
Kevin Aillaud:
Along with that is the knowledge that there is nothing that needs to be fixed, that that thought, “I’m not good enough,” creating the uncomfortable emotion, whatever it is, whether it’s shame, doubt, guilt, confusion, worry, fear, whatever it is, those emotions, those feelings are your body alerting you that your brain is lying to you. The other big move, so the big move, number one, is separating those circumstances from beliefs. But the other big move is accepting that you are complete, that your humanness is fulfilled, that you are 100% worthy and that’s a switch. That’s a switch. So that’s number one.
Kevin Aillaud:
Number two, I decided that I wanted to have a super fun life. Super fun. Like that Dos Equis, like the most interesting man in the world commercials? Like I wanted to have a super fun life. I wanted to be the most super fun man in the world, and I want to do that by being an example of what is possible. Okay, so there’s a lot going on. You guys have probably heard me say it before, I like to be an example of what is possible, not just for myself, not just to use that as evidence for what I can do, but also as evidence for other people.
Kevin Aillaud:
I also wanted to, number three, I also wanted to push the limits of possibility in my mind, my emotions and my actions because that’s the model, guys. That’s what I’m controlling. Then it makes my life more interesting and helps me evolve as a human, but it helps us evolve as a species. I wanted to really enjoy getting better at things for the sake of enjoying it. It’s not to get better, it’s not to improve, but it’s for the enjoyment. It’s for the cognitive emotive state, and that’s it. That was it. Once I realize that getting better is fun, and that growing and evolving are interesting, I felt even more alive. I wasn’t more alive, I was always as alive as I’m ever going to be, but I was experiencing more. I was in an experience of so much more joy and it all came from a place of knowing that I was good enough.
Kevin Aillaud:
It’s like I want to do a quick model with you guys, for you to understand this. Because when you look at these, you understand that it’s about your experiences, it’s about how you feel. Your actions and results are always coming from your thoughts. So my accomplishment was about showing who I already was, not about being a better human. Here’s the model on that. Let’s say your purpose is to feed a thousand people. Again, I say your purpose. Let’s say your desire is to feed a thousand hungry people. So if we put C, if we put desire, want, purpose in the C-line, because that’s the new thought that’s triggering this thought. If your thought is, “I have to become more worthy by feeding hungry people,” then you’re going to feel inadequate. I’m thinking, “I have to be more worthy. I’m not worthy now. Once I feed a thousand hungry people, then I’ll be worthy.” That’s the thought that creates a feeling of inadequacy.
Kevin Aillaud:
So that’s the unintentional, that’s kind of that thought that we have that we think our actions will create a sense of worthiness. That’s the lie. That’s the illusion. That’s the beta condition. So if I’m thinking I have to become more worthy by feeding a thousand hungry people and I’m feeling inadequate, then my actions, my neutral motion, my neutral movement through space and time is just going to be to constantly be working on mattering, constantly be working on building up my sense of worthiness. I just need to keep working. I need to keep doing this. I need to keep going out there and giving food to people that are hungry because I need to matter. Those are my actions, and the results of those actions are to always needing to be more worthy because I’m going to work on mattering, but the result of that work is that I still don’t feel worthy, so I need to go work some more?
Kevin Aillaud:
So it’s that constant consequence of action, cause and effect. My cause is my working, my result is that I need to work more to be more worthy. Now, that result is going to reinforce the thought that I have to become more worthy by feeding a thousand people, because my result is that I’m never worthy. I have to keep working, and that’s going to keep feeding that thought: “I have to become more worthy by feeding a thousand people.”
Kevin Aillaud:
Now, here’s the intentional model, guys. Here’s the alpha model. Here’s where we get to when you practice cognitive mastery. You make that shift because you know, you believe, you live in a sense of knowledge, of knowing, everything I told you in this episode; that you are already complete, that you are already worthy. So if we put the same thing in the C-line, whatever is want, desire, purpose, whatever it is, and the thought now is, “I am complete and wants to feed a thousand people.” So it’s not, “I have to become more worthy by feeding a thousand people.” Like my worthiness is based on my actions. The thought now is, “I am complete already, I am worthy already, and I want to feed a thousand people.”
Kevin Aillaud:
So now my feeling is different. I’m not thinking, “I am unworthy and by doing this I’ll be more worthy.” I’m thinking, “I am already 100%,” or like, “I’m the man.” That thought, “I’m the man.” You’re the man. I’m the man. We’re all amazing. We’re all perfect. We’re all great. I just want to do this. I just want to feed these people. I just have food, they don’t, here you go. That’s my thought. When I think that, my feeling is complete. I’m feeling complete. I’m feeling excited. Hey, look, I have something that I could give to you and that’s something I want to do. It’s not because I feel like I have to do it, because I’ll be a better person or a more worthy person, it’s because I want to. I’m already a good … I’m already a better person. I’m already an amazing person. I want to do this.
Kevin Aillaud:
Can you guys see that difference? Now, the action is the same. The action is we’re feeding a thousand people. I’m feeding a thousand people. In my unintentional model, I’m feeling inadequate and I’m just doing it because I want to feel better. I’m feeling inadequate, I want to feel worthy. It’s like I’m not doing enough for humanity. I’m not doing enough for the world, so I’m going to go out and feel less than by doing this. But that’s a thought and nothing you ever do is ever going to change that thought. But if the thought is, “I’m already the man. I’m already complete. I’m already worthy. I just want this. This is my desire. This is my … I feel complete and excited,” the action is going to be the same. I’m still going to be out there working. I’m still going to be out there feeding people, but I’m going to do it from a place of abundance.
Kevin Aillaud:
My result is whether I feed a thousand people or whether I feed 999 people, I already feel I’m already complete. I’m already good. I’m already worthy. Like I feel I’ve already won. It’s already good. The result, the outcome, doesn’t matter because what matters is the thought that I already have, which is I’m already complete and I’m already feeling amazing. It’s the experience that matters. It’s the feeling, guys. That’s why I spent so much time with emotional ownership because it’s the feeling that gives us the experience of life. If you’re going through life feeling inadequate, then your quality of life is inadequacy. That’s what you’re feeling. That’s your experience. If you’re going through life feeling complete and excited, that’s your quality of life. That’s your experience. So we’re always aiming for the feeling. The actions don’t matter. The actions are neutral. The actions are math.
Kevin Aillaud:
We are aiming for that feeling, and that feeling comes from our cognition, and our cognition is a choice. You can choose right now to believe every single word that I’m telling you because it’s true, and you’ll know it’s true when you start to think it, when you start to believe it. How do I know? Because of the way it’ll make you feel. When we feel uncomfortable, it is your body alerting your alpha to your brain saying, “Look, alpha, the brain is lying to you. Figure out what it’s telling you and decide if you want to keep it.” That’s kind of the move with the uncomfortable emotions. That’s the inadequate. If you’re feeling inadequate, it’s because your brain is lying to you. It’s telling you, “I have to be more worthy by feeding a thousand people.”
Kevin Aillaud:
But when you’re feeling excited and abundant, you’re feeling good, you know your brain is telling you the truth. “I am complete and I want to feed a thousand people.” You can’t win enough, you can’t earn enough, you can’t give enough to complete yourself, to make yourself worthy. That’s really important to know. You are already 100%. Your purpose for existing is existing. The question is how you want to spend your time existing. How do you want to use this experience, use this time, use your body to do things because your brain can already tell you that you’re amazing, you’re good enough, you’re 100% lovable, you’re 100% worthy? What you do with your time is your choice. You simply decide. Your worthiness, your purpose is not up to you to decide. It’s already been decided. You are worthy. Your purpose is fulfilled. Congratulations, brother.
Kevin Aillaud:
Now, I’m going to finish the podcast right there because this is the third episode going through some of the things that we will discuss in the course in the How to Live Your Purpose course. So that’s the end, guys. If you have any questions on this course, you can go to thealphamalecoach.com and sign up for a free 45-minute consultation call with me. Now, if you guys haven’t done that, if you haven’t experienced causal coaching, if you haven’t experienced universal truth, if you haven’t seen the model, I highly recommend you do that because even if you choose not to enroll in the Spartans, if you choose not to enroll in the Academy and develop your cognitive mastery and live a life of your dreams, if you don’t want to do that, that’s fine, but I recommend you, at least, get some exposure to causal coaching so that you can see for yourself.
Kevin Aillaud:
I can demonstrate to you that all problems are thoughts. Whatever you are struggling with, it’s in your brain. Your brain is creating that struggle for you, and that’s a choice. You can choose to think anything you want. You just simply decide. That’s what we’re going to do through the course of How to Live Your Purpose, which I will let you know when that hits the website so that you, guys, can get into that. Until then, go to thealphamalecoach.com and enroll in the Spartans, enroll in the Academy for Cognitive Mastery and Emotional Ownership.
Kevin Aillaud:
Here’s the thing: By enrolling in the Academy, you are going to start developing all this. Everything you’ve heard on the podcast this week, when we talk about time, time management. In fact, April is time management month. We’re going to do a lot of time this month. We talk about value. We talk about purpose. We talk about worthiness. Everything. It’s just learning to train your brain to serve you rather than just shutting down and letting the brain run on its own to create results that you may not always want. You may not be intending. So that’s the move. That’s what we do. All courses end up in the Academy anyway, so by being a Spartan, you are going to get the How to Create Your Purpose course for free once that’s created. So check out the Spartan Academy. Go ahead and enroll. If you have any questions at all, if you want to see how causal coaching works, sign up for a free 45-minute consultation with me guys. Until next week, elevate your alpha.
